Marc has been in the Insurance Industry since 2002 & has special expertise helping solve complex insurance issues. Having underwritten more than 40,000 policies, he is uniquely qualified & known as THE INSURANCE PROBLEM SOLVER.

Yitz Motechin received his bachelors in economics from Yeshiva University and his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He then began a distinguished career by joining Bankers Trust, working primarily with the private banking group. Yitz then joined IDT and served as a director of call center operations.
While with IDT, he managed over 650 employees in two countries. Yitz's clients have found that his legal training, managment experience, and financial services acumen are of great value in ensuring that their insurance needs are properly met.
Jacob is one of our sales associates here at Rovner & Company. Being in the business for over five years, he is fast and efficient at what he does. He will shop all the best markets to get our clients great coverage at unbeatable prices.
Patrick was raised in the insurance business, spending years working in his family's Insurance Brokerage business in West Virginia. He has recently relocated to Miami and has joined Rovner & Company in the Sales division. He is continuing to represent his former clients from West Virginia, as well as his new clients from Florida.
Carolina is our current receptionist here at Rovner and Company. Carolina is a Broward College graduate majoring in Graphic Design with an Associates in Arts. With a friendly voice and a listening ear, she will make sure you are directed to who you need to speak with.
Her qualifications for this position include being a team player, being tech savvy, and having experience in the hospitality industry. She is very responsible for any tasks she's given and completes them in a timely and efficient manner. She acts with a professional attitude in every aspect of her professional occupation by supporting continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Gianella works along with Jesse ascertaining that renewals are delivered in a timely manner, with expected coverages, & with anticipated rates. She focuses on exceeding her expectations and works hard to deliver, every day.

Jesse has years of experience supporting customers in the hospitality & service industries. Born in Miami, Jesse understands the unique makeup & needs of the local consumer. He is here to handle customer issues and to bring resolutions to customer issues. He is very experienced in handling customer service and making sales. Originally from New York, Jennifer now calls South Florida home. Shortly after college she relocated to Central Florida and then Tampa where she started her career gaining experience and ultimately becoming a top producer for one of the largest insurance providers in the nation. Rewarded with a promotion and opportunity Jennifer relocated to South Florida to continue her career path to where she is today.
Coming from a close family to now having a family of her own and being the guiding example for her 2 daughters is not only the foremost pride in her life, but it also serves as a tremendous motivator and reminder of how important the work she does for her clients is and the impact it has on their families as well.
