Marc has been in the Insurance Industry since 2002 & has special expertise helping solve complex insurance issues. Having underwritten more than 40,000 policies, he is uniquely qualified & known as THE INSURANCE PROBLEM SOLVER.

Yitz Motechin received his bachelors in economics from Yeshiva University and his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He then began a distinguished career by joining Bankers Trust, working primarily with the private banking group. Yitz then joined IDT and served as a director of call center operations.
While with IDT, he managed over 650 employees in two countries. Yitz's clients have found that his legal training, managment experience, and financial services acumen are of great value in ensuring that their insurance needs are properly met.
When not advancing the marketing department at Rovner & Company, Devorah is a student at FIU pursuing a degree in medicine where she can maximize her love for helping people in medical need.
Patrick was raised in the insurance business, spending years working in his family's Insurance Brokerage business in West Virginia. He has recently relocated to Miami and has joined Rovner & Company in the Sales division. He is continuing to represent his former clients from West Virginia, as well as his new clients from Florida.
Tiffany Sugranes is a native New Yorker now calling Florida home. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, she is passionate about helping people and finding solutions that meet their needs. Her solution-oriented approach and dedication make her a trusted professional in her field.
Thais is a professional, with a bachelor's in economics, originally from Cuba. She enjoys numbers, business, analytics and is always willing to learn new things.
My name is AdrianaGarcia, and I am a commercial account manager. I have a total of 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. I began my career as a receptionist at a State Farm agency, then progressed to a sales agent, and eventually transitioned into underwriting. Throughout my career, I have worked with various carriers, including USAA, Monarch, Southern Oak, and Citizens, among others. After spending years in underwriting, I joined USI, & ultimately Rovner & Company where I am incredibly happy. In my role as an account manager, I am responsible for reviewing and executing the most competitive rates annually and for addressing and servicing our clients. I have an Associate of Science degree because I was working towards entering a nursing program while employed at State Farm. After receiving my acceptance into the nursing program at Barry University, I decided to decline the offer and continue my career in the insurance industry. I obtained my 440 license and quickly completed my 220 license as well. Once I received the 220 license, I officially became a sales agent.
Bjorn has two years experience within the insurance industry prior to joining Rovner & Company. He is flexible & can worn under pressure & takes initiative to solve customer issues.
