Argo; your incumbent market raised you almost nothing after more careful review. I would stay with a 3 year deal to protect yourself from increasing rates (as we are in an increasing rate environment). The only recommendation I have is for you to increase your Building Coverage to $1,000,000 as I am unsure if $750,000 is enough to rebuild from scratch. Also, due to water proximity, you might want to consider a Flood Proposal; that runs about $550 annually.
