• Dwelling Limit – We are giving you $183,602 (24%) more coverage on the structure + 125% Replacement Cost Endorsement to make sure you can rebuild your house, whatever the cost.
• Other Structures – We have a minimal limit as we are unaware of a valuable secondary structure on your property & do not want you to pay for what is unnecessary.
• Personal Property – Allstate forces you to buy a limit of coverage that is a % of the Dwelling limit.  We felt $260,000 sounded sufficient.  If you think we should up it, let us know.
